About Us

Interaction Procedures Academy (IPA) is dedicated to providing quality education and holistic development for orphaned children, fostering a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

Interaction Procedures Academy was founded in 2017 by Nakayima Brenda Ninsiima. The academy was established with the vision of providing quality education, general welfare, and full equipment for all children irrespective of their background and prior resource exposure, all by faith in a Guitly Foundation, serving children from pre-primary through the primary level.

At IPA, we believe in the power of education to change lives. Our school stands as a beacon of hope for children who have faced hardships, especially orphans who have lost their parents and support systems. It is a place where dreams take flight, where potential is nurtured, and where futures are transformed.

Each day at IPA begins with a sense of purpose, as our dedicated teachers guide students through a curriculum designed to ignite their curiosity and foster a love for learning. From mathematics to the arts, science to social studies, our students are encouraged to embrace their passions and take ownership of their educational journey.

But beyond the lessons and textbooks, IPA is a place where we instill a sense of community and belonging. For the children who come to us without family, our school becomes a second home. The bonds they form with each other and with our staff are deep and lasting. We celebrate each child’s achievements, no matter how small, and offer unwavering support in times of struggle.

None of this would be possible without the generous support of our donors. Their contributions have allowed us to provide not only an education but also food, clothing, healthcare, and emotional support to our students. Each donation is a lifeline, ensuring that our children have access to the resources they need to succeed. From building classrooms to offering extracurricular activities, our donors have played a crucial role in shaping the lives of these young learners.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our donors. Your kindness and generosity are making a lasting difference in the lives of our students. Together, we are creating a brighter, more hopeful future for the children of IPA. Thank you for helping us turn dreams into reality. Your support means the world to us.

Our vision is to continue providing education and care to even more orphaned children and less privileged. With the ongoing support of our donors, we aim to expand our facilities, enhance our programs, and offer more opportunities for our children to excel in all aspects of life.

To provide a safe, nurturing environment where orphaned children can learn, grow, and thrive. For many of our students, IPA is more than just a school—it’s a family. It’s a space where they are encouraged to explore their talents, gain confidence, and realize their potential. We equip them not only with academic knowledge but also with the values of compassion, resilience, true Christian values, and hard work.

At IPA, we understand the importance of emotional and psychological well-being in achieving academic success and personal growth. Our Counseling and Guidance program provides a supportive environment where students can express their concerns, seek advice, and develop coping strategies for life’s challenges.

Our dedicated team of professional counselors offers individual and group sessions, addressing a wide range of issues including academic stress, career planning, self-esteem, social relationships, and emotional well-being. Through personalized support and mentorship, we empower students to overcome obstacles and build a strong foundation for their future.

We believe that with the right guidance, every child can discover their strengths, build resilience, and lead a fulfilling life, grounded in values of compassion, integrity, and self-awareness.

At Interaction Procedures Academy, we believe in fostering a love for learning from an early age. Our approach emphasizes not only academic excellence but also the emotional, social, and physical development of each student.

Our comprehensive curriculum is based on Ugandan national educational standards, ensuring that our students receive a robust and well-rounded education.
